Standing in his carriage, seemingly inanimate but in reality on high alert, waiting for the moment when one human will pay for all the scum of the species he or she belongs to. Or, I also see him, throughout this long night stranded out on the road, like a saint with backbone, one who’s not willing to turn the other cheek. No new testament or new reconciliation or new politically correct practices: let’s get back to that eye for an eye, which we never should have given up in the first place.
